BRISTOL — Three staff members from ADEC’s guardianship program, Cary Kesley, Jodi Taylor and Tobi Weirich, attended the 2012 National Conference on Guardianship in Portland, Ore., last month.

Hosted by the National Guardianship Association, the annual conference merges education, networking, personal development and motivation into an event specifically tailored for the thousands of guardians, conservators and fiduciaries who serve across the country.

ADEC, which has been serving the disability community in Elkhart and surrounding counties for more than 60 years, provides guardianship services to 58 vulnerable adults, using certified staff and trained volunteer guardian advocates.
