The Bristol Fire Department responded to a fire at Hindsale Farms around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

Fire Chief Fay Kemp said the fire was caused by a exhaust from a frier. Personnel was evacuated and the building and the power was shut off from the building. No one was injured from the fire or smoke.

Kemp said the fire was under control within 30 minutes, with minimal damage to a small portion of the roof of the building.
