WAKARUSA — No serious injuries were reported in a rollover accident 1 mile north of Wakarusa this morning, Nov. 10.

Delbert Bemiller of Goshen was driving north on S.R. 19 and started to turn left onto C.R. 38 when he hit a car approaching the intersection, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department. Bemiller’s truck overturned and landed on its top. The car driven by Kalie Paston of Elkhart had damage to its front end.

Wakarusa paramedics treated Bemiller at the scene for a small cut on his head. No one was taken to the hospital.

The sheriff’s department cited Bemiller for failing to yield the right of way.
