Elkhart man charged with conspiracy to commit murder appears in court

Cantrell was arrested last Friday in connection to a shooting that had occurred that day, in which a 30-year-old man was injured in the thigh.
The judge entered a plea of not guilty for his charge of conspiracy to commit murder, a Class A felony. Cantrell is scheduled to appear Thursday, Nov. 15, for an attorney status conference. His trial date is set for Feb. 18, 2013.
