Wendy Hudson, secretary to the Elkhart County Election Board, said that, since polls opened this morning, many people have called in unclear on where they should go to cast their votes.
Hudson said that the confusion is linked to redistricting, and the board has been looking up callers’ addresses and directing them where they need to go.
Despite those circumstances, she said precincts are reporting that they have been busy all morning.
