Patrick Industries announced Monday that it had purchased the business and assets of Middlebury Hardwood Products, which manufactures and distributes hardwood cabinet doors, components, fascia and other hardwood products, for $20.3 million.

Middlebury Hardwoods has a projected 2012 annual revenue of $33 million. It will continue to operate on its own under the Middlebury Hardwood Products brand name.

This is Patrick Industries’ fourth acquisition this year and seventh since June 2011.
