IU Health Goshen Hospital will hold a community screening day in Kosciusko County from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 3 in the Shrine Building at the 4-H County Fairgrounds, 1400 East Smith St., Warsaw.

Screenings provided by clinical professionals include vascular; cholesterol; liver; heart failure; fitness; body composition; bone density; blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen levels; skin cancer; diabetic foot; sleep apnea; A1C; diabetes; and balance and joint. Other services provided include lung health assessments, colon cancer risk assessments and breast cancer risk assessments.

Most screenings are free; a few require a nominal fee. IU Health Goshen will offer flu shots for $15. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. To register call 877-566-4660.
