MISHAWAKA — The Penn Kingsmen won their second straight Northern Indiana Conference title and the 32nd in school history Friday night as they beat Adams 30-13 at Freed Field.

Junior quarterback Zach Oakley ran for three touchdowns, including a 69-yarder to open the scoring.

Penn rushed for 277 yards, compared to just 26 for the Eagles.

The Kingsman defense forced five Adams turnovers, although they did give up a pair of touchdown passes to Eagle speedster Shaquille Vann.

Penn, now 8-1, will travel to Warsaw next Friday in the first round of the Class 5A playoffs.
