ELKHART — Johnetta Dye, 51, of Elkhart, died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Johnetta was born Jan. 1, 1961, in Gary to John Dye and Mary Lewis.

She is survived by two brothers, John Dye of Mishawaka and Thomas Lewis of Elkhart; two sisters, Denise Dye and Rosetta Dye, both of Elkhart; and several nieces and nephews of Elkhart.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Agape Church.

Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, Elkhart, is handling arrangements.
