Local Taco Bells raise $12,490 to support Goshen’s Boys and Girls Club

GOSHEN — A financial boost is coming for some experiencial programs that help local teens stay in school and graduate.

Taco Bell Foundation for Teens awarded $12,490 to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Goshen on Monday, according to a press release from the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Goshen.

The funds will support programs to give teen club members real-world experiences exploring various careers and the academics required for those jobs. Teens will also have help examining post-secondary education and training options.

The club will serve about 100 teens through this grant, according to the release.

The money for this grant was raised by local Taco Bell restaurant owners and Taco Bell customers.
