WATERVLIET, Mich. — Heather Albert and Robert Carlson are engaged to be married on Oct. 20, 2012, at Millcreek Barn in Watervliet.

Miss Albert is the daughter of Tim and Cathie Albert of Goshen, Ind. She graduated from Northridge High School and then graduated from the University of Southern Indiana. She is currently employed by Elkhart Community Schools.

Mr. Carlson is the son of Larry and Mary Jo Carlson of Sawyer. He attended River Valley in Three Oaks. He is employed by M & M Diecast.
