Womens political rights focus of planned Elkhart Chamber of Commerce luncheon
@Normal:Leading the discussion will be Dr. Elizabeth Bennion, associate professor of political science and campus director of the American Democracy Project at Indiana University South Bend. Bennion will provide a history of the women’s movement in securing the right to vote and give a glimpse at what has, and has not, changed regarding women’s political rights.
