Former Biden economist to speak at Notre Dame
Jared Bernstein will talk about the current economic situation and what can be done to address the problems of unemployment and inequality. He is now senior fellow at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
The speech will be at 7:30 p.m. at Carey Auditorium in Hesburgh Library. Free parking is available in the B2 library lot just east of the library.
Following the lecture, the public is invited to stay for a Presidential Debate Watch starting at 9 p.m.
Bernstein is the speaker for the annual McBride Lecture, sponsored by the United Steelworkers and the Higgins Labor Studies Program.
