LAGRANGE — Ida Mae Lehman, 89, of LaGrange, died at 3 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at home.

She was born in Middlebury to Eli J. and Alma (Miller) Herschberger. On May 21, 1944, in Middlebury, she married Daniel A. Lehman. He died Aug. 4, 2012.

Children Mary Ellen (Floyd) Miller, Barbara Fern (Howard) Troyer, Anna Marie (LeRoy) Troyer, Alma Sue (Tom) Moran, Elmer Lee (Elizabeth) Lehman, Albert Jay Lehman, Tressie Lehman and Melvin Ray (Phyllis) Lehman; 27 grandchildren; 74 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; siblings Mary Alice Yoder, Pauline Schrock, LaVina Miller and Perry (Annabell) Herschberger; sister-in-law Lou Ella Herschberger; and brother-in-law Harvey Kauffman survive.

Grandsons Steve and Justin Lehman; two stillborn grandchildren; siblings Fannie Kauffman and Omer Herschberger; brothers-in-law Erie Schrock and Melvin Miller; and daughter-in-law LorAnna Lehman preceded her in death.

Visitation will be after 1 p.m. today, Sept. 25, and all day Wednesday, Sept. 26, at the LeRoy Troyer residence, 4835 S. 300 W., LaGrange. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Lonnie Yoder residence, 4985 S. 300 W., LaGrange. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.
