Key Action: Declared two areas eligible as economic revitalization areas. The first is at Caragana Court and Eisenhower Drive for Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc. The company is looking at Goshen as their primary center for expanding their product line. The second ERA is at 305 Steury Ave. for LionsHead Specialty Tire and Wheel LLC and LionsHead Development LLC.

Other Actions:

• Approved the establishment of the southeast economic development area, combining the existing districts of Century Drive TIF, Keystone 1 TIF and Keystone 2 TIF and creating another district in the interest of flexibility for fund use in the area.

• Granted additional appropriations to the local road and street, cumulative capital improvement fire and redevelopment non-reverting funds.

• Approved an emergency transfer of funds for contractual services.
