Two arrested in Elkhart for possession of methamphetamine, precursors

Two people were arrested on the same street Monday night, but police do not believe the cases are related.

Shortly before 8 p.m. Annette Barnhart, 41, of Pottattomi Drive, Elkhart, was arrested at 24846 Buddy St. on a preliminary charge of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of precursors. She was booked at the Elkhart County Jail with no bond.

Timothy Fish, 48, of 208 E. 550 North St., Rochester, was arrested in the 24800 block of Buddy St. shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors and possession of paraphernalia. Fish was booked at the Elkhart County Jail with no bond.
