Indiana Rep. Tim Neese, R-Elkhart, is serving on two state legislative summer study committees that will be meeting on and off through the fall.

They are the Regulatory Flexibility Committee and the Indiana Recycling Marketing Development Board.

“My goal during these committees is to accurately review laws that have been passed, ensure that the effects are as intended and determine how to move forward in the best interest of our community and state,” Neese said in a statement. Neese is up for re-election on Nov. 6 to his District 48 seat.
