ELKHART — Steven Derek Hunsberger, 39, passed away at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 8, 2012, in his residence.

On July 25, 1973, Steven was born to Lynn (Ruggles) Strand and Steve Hunsberger in Warsaw. Steven lived most of his life in Kosciusko County. On Dec. 17, 2011, Steven married Rebecca Kuta in Elkhart. She survives.

Steven was a cabinet maker and employed at Dutchman Coach, Goshen.

Steven is survived by his wife, Rebecca Hunsberger; seven children, Hailee Hunsberger, Derek Hunsberger, Travis Kuta, Jake Kuta, Walker Kuta, Brittney Overlander and Lane Overlander; parents Lynn Strand and Steve Hunsberger; three brothers, Steve Hunsberger, Rodney Hunsberger and Josh Hunsberger; and four sisters, Staci Jordan, Veronica Moore, Tara Moore and Tricia Chupp.

Visitation will be for three hours prior to the 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, funeral service at McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be at a later date.

Family has asked that memorials be made out to Steven Hunsberger Memorial Fund, c/o Rebecca Hunsberger.
