GRANGER — Edward David Moore, 75, of Granger, died at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, in Hospice House, South Bend.

He was born Oct. 9, 1936, to Arthur and Dorothy (Austin) Moore in Mishawaka.

In 1993 he became Plant Manager at LaSalle Bristol Air Systems Division, Elkhart; he retired in 2004.

On March 8, 1989, he married Doris Toner Shide in Arizona.

He loved canoeing, golfing, fishing, racket ball, playing cards, dominoes and riding his Harley.

Survivors include wife Doris (Sweetie Moore); her four children; sister Patricia Fritz; ex-wife Millie Lydeen; daughters Debra (Stephen) Stockberger, Lori (Tim Kruger) Moore, Pam (Mark) Budd and Kelly (Dave) Wunder; and all of his grandchildren. .

Visitation is for one hour prior to the 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, memorial service at Michiana Church of God, Granger.

Burial is in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Milton Daycare, Michiana Church of God or Hospice Foundation, South Bend.
