ELKHART — Elkhart General Hospital will offer an arthritis self-management program from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays starting Aug. 14 in classroom one, 600 East Blvd.

The six-week program was developed for those with arthritis and related conditions. Participants will learn the basics of joint anatomy and protection and the importance of exercise and nutrition through group discussion and course material. Participants will also learn about self-help devices that can enhance daily activities.
