GOSHEN — Linda D. Fisher, 69, of Elkhart, passed away at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at IU Health Goshen Hospital.

She was born June 8, 1943, to Benjamin and Myrtle (Wiser) Fisher in Elkhart.

Surviving are daughter Loretta (David) Dorrier of Elkhart; sister Elizabeth Fisher of Elkhart; brother Andrew (Cheryl) Fisher of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Crystal and Melonie Dorrier, both of Elkhart; and three great-grandchildren, Alli, Austin and Aubrey, all of Elkhart.

Linda was preceded in death by both parents; three sisters, Josephine VanLeiu, Florence Smith and Lilly Barrick; and two brothers, Ben and William Fisher.

Linda enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to shop.

She was very kind-hearted and always put everyone else above herself.

A private memorial service will be at a later date.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
