ELKHART — Billy Bridwell and Jon Bonfiglio posted their third consecutive sub-70 round Saturday to finish off their victory in the 51st Walter O. Wells Elcona Country Club Invitational men’s member-guest golf tournament.

Bridwell and Bonfiglio closed the three-day event at 204, good for a two-shot win over defending champions Matt Windy and Dan Hood.

Bridwell/Bonfiglio led Windy/Hood by one shot entering the final day and doubled that margin with their round of 69.

Gregg Fore and Gary Zimmerman finished third at 211.

In the Pebble Beach Flight, Bill Halt and Steve Douglas won a playoff over Dave Hochstetler and Jim Drexinger.
