Mark J. Eller

Physical description: Born March 6, 1966; white male; 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 195 pounds; brown hair, brown eyes; tattoo left arm sleeve including skulls, four inch scar on neck.

Wanted for: warrant for violation of community corrections for operating as a habitual traffic violator for life, resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated endangerment.

Willard Quinn Jr.

Physical description: Born Jan. 16, 1975; white male; 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds; brown hair, hazel eyes; tattoo barbwire on right arm.

Wanted for: warrant for violation of probation for battery resulting in serious bodily injury, warrant for escape and habitual criminal offender.
