10:05 a.m. - ELKHART — The Elkhart County Courts Building has been evacuated due to a bomb threat.
The threat was received around 9:15 a.m. this morning, July 26, according to dispatchers for Elkhart and Elkhart County.
More than 50 employees are outside the building.
Officers from Elkhart Police Department and the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department are at the scene at 315 S. Second St., Elkhart.
Officers are searching the building, but have not found a bomb, according to dispatchers.
