Four teens arrested in relation to Jackson Blvd. robbery

Officers arrived at the residence in the 300 block of West Jackson Boulevard around 2 a.m. and found a female victim with no signs of injury, according to a press release from the Elkhart Police Department. The victim reported several black males with a handgun entered her home and stole a cell phone, electronics and other items.
During the investigation, officers found the suspects and stolen items at a separate location. Some items may have been from other incidents, according to the press release.
A 15-year-old boy, 16-year-old boy, 19-year-old Jayzahn Creel and 19-year-old Earl Hogan were arrested on preliminary charges of robbery with a firearm, a class B felony.
The investigation remains under investigation.
