ELKHART — When a fair is in town you can count on rides, food and goofy fun. And if you can capture that goofy fun on camera, you may win two FREE ride vouchers to the Elkhart County 4-H Fair.

All you have to do is take a goofy picture on your smart phone, send it to Instagram, and tag #TruthGoofs and @eTruthFair. Eligible submission must be in by Tuesday, July 24 at noon.

We’ll announce the winner on Wednesday, July 25 on eTruth.com and the winner can pick up their two FREE ride vouchers (good for Thursday, July 26) at our Elkhart Truth offices.
