The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department has announced that visitation times at the Elkhart County Correctional facility will return to normal times immediately. Visitation will be between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for 15 minutes, unless you have written approval from the correction warden.

The schedule is:

• Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays: inmates whose last names start with N-Z

• Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays: Inmates whose last names start with A-M

• Mondays: No visits. Families are “encouraged to pick up property on this day,” according to the release.
