ELKHART — The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Elkhart man found with methamphetamine, the ingredients to make more of it and drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Basse, 31, of 29892 Florida Ave., was arrested Monday night at his home as deputies from the sheriff’s department completed a drug investigation after receiving a tip.

Basse was booked at the Elkhart County Jail with no bond.
