INDIANAPOLIS — Haley Bechtel, a 2012 Fairfield High School graduate, has been named Methodist Sports Medicine/The Orthopedic Specialists Comeback Athlete of the Month for March.

Bechtel tore the ACL and MCL in her knee during volleyball, but she came back at the end of the basketball regular season and played in both sectional games. She wound up with 975 career points.

She will play volleyball at Cambellsville (Ky.) University.
