GOSHEN — Melvin J. Lambright, 90, formerly of Middlebury and Millersburg, died at 1:15 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2012, at Courtyard Healthcare Center, Goshen.

He was born March 2, 1922, to Jacob J. and Fannie (Yoder) Lambright in LaGrange County. He married Nancy Miller on July 18, 1947, in Elkhart County. She died Sept. 28, 2007.

Surviving are daughters Zoann (Abe) Beachy of Millersburg and Judy (Norman) Beachy of Middlebury; son Mike (Ronda) Lambright of New Paris; 11 grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife; daughter Theda Miller; sons Merlin and Gary Lambright; sisters Clara, Elsie and Wilma Miller; and brothers Jerry, Tobe, Ammon, Ed, Milton and Freeman Lambright.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Miller Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service Thursday at Townline Mennonite Church, Shipshewana. Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery, Shipshewana.

Memorials may be given to Clinton Brick Mennonite Church.
