Steve Noble, 51, Wheatfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated in the 1200 block of Folsom Street on June 9.

Cody Chubb, 19, Goshen, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of an accident at South Fifth and East Washington streets on June 9.
