Nadine Bolduan, who was taken to Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville with complaints of pain to the head, was released shortly after she was treated. Fought was pinned in his vehicle. After he was freed, medics flew him to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with severe leg trauma, according to a Noble County Sheriff’s Department accident report.

Bolduan was given a portable breath test after the accident, which resulted in a blood-alcohol content of 0.17 percent. When she refused to take a certified test, a warrant was issued for a blood test, which resulted in a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent.

Bolduan faced criminal charges of reckless homicide and criminal recklessness in 1994 after Elizabeth Leman, 9, was killed and another girl injured on July 4, 1994, on Lake Syracuse.
