NILES, Mich. — A 51-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run car-pedestrian crash east of Niles Sunday night.

The man, Charles Edward Lintz, was struck by an eastbound vehicle on M-60 near Lilac Avenue around 9:20 p.m., according to a press release from Michigan State Police Niles Post.

Police believe the vehicle involved may be an Audi. The incident is under investigation, and anyone with information may call Trooper Kastelic of the MSP Niles Post at (269) 683-4411.
